Pricing questions
Does Premium renew automatically?
Yes. Weekly Premium renews at CA$14.99 every week and monthly Premium renews at CA$49.99 every month until you cancel. Checkout shows the total and any tax before you pay.
How do I cancel?
Sign in and open Manage subscription on this page, or use the customer portal link in your billing email. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. Signing out or deleting your sessions does not cancel it.
What can I do for free?
Without an account or a card you can try reading samples in every question category, listening and writing samples for every task type, one mock exam each for reading, listening and writing, and 15 course lessons. A free account adds one AI writing review and one five-minute Section A speaking conversation with feedback.
What do speaking credits pay for?
Live conversation time with the AI partner. One credit is 5 minutes: Section A uses 1 credit, Section B uses 2 and a full speaking test uses 3. Weekly Premium includes 3 credits a week and monthly Premium includes 12 a month. Included credits expire when the billing period ends. Extra credits cost CA$19.99 for 6 and never expire. If a conversation ends early, the unused time goes back to your balance.
Can I buy speaking credits without Premium?
Yes, but on a free plan they only let you repeat the free photography workshop question. Premium is what unlocks the other speaking questions and the mock exams.
Is the AI feedback an official TEF score?
No. Official TEF results come only from an exam centre. Writing and speaking feedback estimates your level from what you actually wrote or said and shows you what to fix. When TEF teachers graded the same responses, our AI gave the same CEFR level more than 90% of the time.
