What we collect
Your email address, but only if you type it into the waitlist form. Nothing on this site requires an account, and the score calculator runs entirely in your browser - the scores you enter are never sent to us or stored anywhere.
Anonymous usage analytics, so we can see which pages are useful. This covers pages visited, approximate region, device type and referrer. We do not sell it and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Why we collect it
The email address is used for one thing: telling you when TEF practice with AI scoring opens. Analytics are used to decide what to build and write next.
Who processes it
- Resend - stores waitlist email addresses and sends the email when we launch.
- PostHog - product analytics.
- Vercel - hosting, which necessarily processes request logs including IP addresses.
How long we keep it
Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained on our analytics provider's standard schedule.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will do it without asking why.
Cookies
We use analytics cookies. We do not run advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers.
Children
This site is not directed at children. The TEF itself has a minimum age of 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
